Breath of Remembrance is a transformational modality of breathing that allows us to access the subconscious and intuitive material of our psyche through expanded states of consciousness. By working with this material we are able to gain awareness, process and heal deep traumas, and remember who we are in our full potential. This modality of breathing is similar to Holotropic tradition but adapted to online experience.
